The youngest Indian female golfer in India to win on the ladies European tour

AHSAAS, the charitable arm of ASK Automotive Private Limited has created a visible and lasting impact on transforming lives. The ASK charitable foundation is the brainchild of our chairman Mr Kuldip Singh Rathee and Mrs Vijay Rathee. It has been facilitating social initiatives focusing on non-profit organizations, exceptional individuals and vulnerable groups which include the homeless and athletes with disabilities.

In our “Champions of Tomorrow” initiative we aim at funding athletes with disabilities and the ones who are economically disadvantaged. We provide them with a platform to discover themselves and excel in their chosen sports. Our honourable board of directors and trustees of AHSAAS, mr. Kuldip Singh Rathee and Mrs Vijay Rathee has supported athletes to not only excel in overcoming their disabilities but also bring laurels to the country on a global level.

Manasi Joshi, world para badminton champion and Swapna barman, who won the historic women’s heptathlon gold medal in the Asian games are shining examples of our champions for tomorrow drive and reflect the sentiments of our trustee’s passion and determination to bring about a positive change in the society by transforming lives of less privileged athletes.

Today we donated a cheque of INR twelve lacs to Diksha Dagar who wrote her own piece of history by becoming the youngest Indian woman to win on the Ladies European tour (let) in March 2019 and who at 18 was the top amateur golfer in India despite her deafness. Coached by her father she overcame a hearing impairment to excel at golf. Diksha Dagar would be the first specially-abled sportsperson from India to compete in the Olympic games.

ASK automotive wishes Daksha Dagar the best, as she makes all-out efforts to qualify and represent India at the Tokyo Olympics and once she qualifies we expect her to bring laurels to our country.
